Position Summary
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Rewinder Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for operating up to three rewinding machines while ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate up to three rewinder machines safely and efficiently 
• Transport full spools of paper yarn using hand trucks 
• Load spools onto machines and thread paper yarn correctly
• Monitor machines and splice yarn as needed to maintain production flow
• Remove finished coils and package them appropriately
• Complete production documentation and quality control checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift 2–10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Commitment to following safety policies and wearing required PPE

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting (non-climate controlled) 
• Exposure to dust, noise, moving machinery, and hot/humid conditions
• Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety shoes, and eye protection

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and manual handling
• Regular use of hands and arms for material handling
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
