Title: Revit Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Contract: W2 only
Pay: $ 24-26 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

The Revit Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining Revit content and developing retail store models for the client’s brands. This role partners closely with the BIM Manager, Space Planners, Architects, and Design teams to translate 2D planning information into accurate, data-rich Revit models.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BIM Manager to support BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit families in accordance with company standards.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of Revit families and project models.
• Convert 2D CAD backgrounds, plans, and fixture layouts into Revit model content.
• Place and coordinate Revit content accurately within retail store models.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation sheets and drawing sets.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Revit Family creation.
• Understanding of BIM principles, model organization, and family creation.
• Ability to create Revit families from cut sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.

Required Education

• Associate's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of experience using Revit in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Planning, BIM, or related disciplines.
• Supplier Note: Not a Store Planner role. Client is specifically seeking a Revit Specialist.
