    Description

    The Process & Mechanical Design Team is creating the factory of the future by bringing conceptual designs to life, producing cutting-edge detailed designs of chemical, gas, hydronics, and other factory utility piping systems that are fully integrated with manufacturing processes and space conditioning. As a Process & Mechanical Piping Designer, you will play a critical role in our efforts to accelerate the world s transition to sustainable energy.

    • Develop design documents and deliverables in 2D and 3D using Revit and AutoCAD
    • Develop clash-free fabrication-level models (LOD 400-500) for onsite assembly of specialty piping systems
    • Utilize Revit fabrication parts to provide accurate detailed design and fabrication schedules to Estimating, Procurement, & Construction
    • Work closely with multiple disciplines utilizing effective communication skills
    • Interpret, develop and modify P&IDs for piping systems
    • Generate shop drawings and piping isometrics for construction deliverables
    • 4+ years of Computer-Aided Design, Process or Mechanical Piping Design and evidence of exceptional abilities
    • Experience as a detailed designer/modeler in Process or Mechanical Piping Design, Process Improvement or Operations within a high-tech industry, such as Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Food & Bev, and Petro-Chem
    • Proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
    • Working knowledge of OSHA, ASME, and the building codes
