What you'll do:

  • Support the design and documentation process across all project phases, from concept development to construction documents, within a high-end residential context.

  • Produce drawing sets using Revit, including floor plans, elevations, and interior details that reflect Spanish-style design sensibility.

  • Prepare construction documents that include spatial layouts, material specifications, and architectural detailing aligned with luxury standards.

  • Draft millwork elevations and custom interior detailing characteristic of Spanish-style architecture (arches, decorative tile, wrought iron, wood beams, etc.).

  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes for luxury residential clients.

  • Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams, incorporating their input into your documentation.

  • Apply California building codes to ensure all designs are fully compliant.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Proven experience in high-end residential interior design projects.

  • Strong understanding of Spanish-style design principles and luxury residential aesthetics.

  • Familiarity with California building codes and the ability to work with minimal oversight.

  • A refined eye for materials, finishes, and details appropriate for luxury environments.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
