    Job Summary

    Experienced Revit/BIM Consultant responsible for Revit modeling, BIM delivery, CAD-to-Revit migration, model quality, and multidisciplinary coordination. The role will lead Revit standards and migration initiatives, provide technical guidance to modeling teams, and ensure accurate, high-quality BIM deliverables aligned with project and client requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain, and review high-quality Revit models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
    • Create detailed 3D models, construction drawings, schedules, and BIM documentation.
    • Perform Revit model QA/QC, coordination, and clash detection.
    • Develop and maintain Revit templates, families, libraries, and modeling standards.
    • Lead CAD-to-Revit and legacy data migration projects from assessment through validation.
    • Develop migration strategies and resolve model, drawing, and data-quality issues.
    • Lead and mentor Revit modelers and BIM engineers.
    • Allocate tasks, track deliverables, conduct technical reviews, and ensure project schedules are met.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, clients, and global teams.
    • Translate project requirements into accurate technical Revit/BIM deliverables.
    • Support project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and status reporting.
    • Establish BIM quality processes and drive workflow and productivity improvements.
    • Support development of Revit automation and reusable BIM assets.

    Skills Required

    • Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
    • Strong BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
    • Experience with Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP Revit projects.
    • Proven experience with CAD-to-Revit and legacy data migration.
    • Strong knowledge of Revit families, templates, libraries, and BIM standards.
    • Experience with model QA/QC and clash detection.
    • Strong team leadership and technical mentoring skills.
    • Experience coordinating with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
    • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and project documentation.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
    • Revit automation, Dynamo, or Revit API experience is a strong plus
