Location: Arvada, CO (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revit Consultant with strong expertise in Revit modeling, BIM delivery, CAD-to-Revit migration, team coordination, and BIM process improvement to support architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review Revit models, drawings, schedules, and documentation for Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects.
- Ensure BIM standards, quality, accuracy, and client requirements are met.
- Perform model QA/QC, clash detection, and coordination activities.
- Lead CAD-to-Revit and legacy data migration, including validation and issue resolution.
- Develop Revit templates, families, libraries, and reusable BIM assets.
- Lead and mentor Revit modelers/BIM engineers and manage project tasks and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, clients, and global teams.
- Translate client requirements into technical deliverables and provide project updates.
- Drive BIM workflow improvements, best practices, and process optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit and BIM modeling.
- Experience working on Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP projects.
- Experience creating 3D models, construction drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
- Experience with CAD-to-Revit and legacy data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, modeling standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with Revit templates, families, and libraries.
- Experience leading or mentoring Revit modelers and BIM engineers.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Revit automation.
- Experience developing BIM workflow improvements and reusable modeling assets.
- Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
- Experience supporting proposal preparation, effort estimation, and project planning.
- Strong experience working with global project teams and clients.
