Revit BIM Specialist

REMOTE | SHORT TERM CONTRACT NEED

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Revit BIM Specialist for a short-term, remote contract assignment expected to last approximately one month. This role will support the development and maintenance of Revit content and models for commercial interior environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with BIM leadership to support established standards, workflows, and modeling practices.
• Create, update, and maintain Revit families.
• Review Revit families and project models for accuracy and consistency.
• Convert 2D CAD drawings, plans, and layouts into detailed Revit content.
• Place and coordinate Revit elements within project models.
• Assist with documentation sheets and drawing sets.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and data-rich BIM models.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional Revit experience.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit, including Revit family creation.
• Understanding of BIM principles, model organization, and content standards.
• Ability to create Revit families from product cut sheets and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Experience supporting commercial, architectural, interior design, or similar BIM projects preferred.

This is a remote, short-term contract opportunity. Candidates must have hands-on Revit experience to be considered.
