    Are you a detail-oriented Revit Architect with strong experience in commercial design and documentation? Our Idaho-based client is looking for an Architect I to help put together complete sets of architectural construction documents for commercial projects, working with input and guidance from senior architects. If you have 8+ years of professional experience, advanced proficiency in Revit, and enjoy working in a collaborative remote environment, we'd love to hear from you.

    What you'll do:

    • Put together complete sets of architectural construction documents for commercial projects, with input and assistance from senior architects.

    • Develop floor plans, code plans, reflected ceiling plans, building and wall sections, and details.

    • Produce coordinated, high-quality documentation in Revit throughout the project.

    • Incorporate and resolve redlines from senior architects and the project team.

    • Contribute to commercial project detailing and technical documentation.

    • Support code plan development, including occupancy, egress, and life safety information.

    • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable U.S. commercial building codes.

    • Work primarily on commercial projects.

    What you must have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

    • 8+ years of professional experience in architectural production.

    • Advanced English level.

    • Very strong proficiency in Revit.

    • Proven experience assembling complete Construction Document (CD) sets, including floor plans, code plans, reflected ceiling plans, building and wall sections, and details.

    • Solid experience working on commercial projects.

    • Strong knowledge of U.S. commercial design standards and construction documentation.

    • Ability to work effectively with direction and feedback from senior architects while owning your own deliverables.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation across all project phases.

    • Ability to work independently in a full-time remote role aligned with Mountain Time (MT).
