Position: Reverse Logistics Lead / Warehouse Team Lead
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:40 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assign daily duties to warehouse associates
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and daily performance
• Delegate responsibilities and follow up to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
• Support company productivity, safety, and quality standards

Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing

• Process and inspect returned products, parts, and materials
• Inspect product returns, subassemblies, and finished products using established quality standards
• Identify, approve, or reject returned products based on inspection requirements
• Accurately document inspection results
• Verify incoming returns, materials, parts, and components
• Coordinate product re-boxing and relabeling between brands
• Assist with transfer order receipts, overstock, and QC products received from other distribution centers

Inventory Control & Quality Control

• Perform and oversee warehouse cycle counts
• Train employees on proper cycle count procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage and maintain box inventory
• Support inventory accuracy and quality control processes
• Identify inventory or product discrepancies and assist with resolution

Forklift & Warehouse Operations

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Inspect warehouse equipment at the beginning of each shift
• Maintain required equipment inspection documentation
• Assist with material handling, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
• Routinely inspect warehouse conditions to help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Shipping & Receiving Lead, Inventory Lead, Returns Lead, or Warehouse Supervisor preferred
• Previous reverse logistics or returns processing experience strongly preferred
• Leadership experience overseeing or training warehouse associates
• Sit-down forklift experience is required
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and quality inspections
• Automotive parts experience, especially CV axles, is highly preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, procedures, and KPIs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to deliver measurable results
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to speak, read, and communicate in English
