As a Finance Program Manager you will develop in collaborative global environments and solving complex problems. You will act as a critical thought partner to accounting stakeholders and cross-functional business partners ensuring our financial systems and processes scale effectively with Googles growth.The name Google came from googol a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.The US base salary range for this full-time position is 111000-159000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Including defining project scope estimating timelines managing resource alignment and proactively mitigating risks.Design and maintain sophisticated internal metrics and dashboards providing actionable insights to leadership. Proactively identify and document cross-functional business process flows driving efficiency and scalability.Identify trends and implement solutions for complex problems across business groups e.g. Order-to-Cash gStore and Google Fi. Lead process optimization efforts to enhance financial system integrity.Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and accounting processes. Ensure key SOX controls are integrated into project lifecycles and that financial risks are addressed early.Maintain strategic cross-functional relationships.
