Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage deductions/disputes in collaboration with logistics, sales, and finance partners.
- Manage debit and credit transactions while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Develop proficiency in Microsoft applications and business software such as SAP and Business Warehouse.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve metrics.
- Assist with internal and external audits to maintain an audit-ready status.
- Drive process improvements and participate in customer-specific initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and participate in team meetings and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- College degree with a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- 2 years of career experience.
- Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel vLookups and pivot tables.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferences
- Experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, or Supply Chain.
- LEAN/SIX SIGMA / APICS training, certification, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SOX, GCC, and/or GMP requirements.
- Finance experience in accounts receivable, deduction management, or collections.
