Description

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing Columbus-based company, for an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue run smoothly and scale efficiently.

Day to day, you will live inside the CRM and reporting dashboards, spotting friction in the funnel and fixing it before it becomes a problem. This role suits someone who is equal parts analytical and operational, comfortable moving between a spreadsheet model and a conversation with a sales leader about why a metric moved. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM data integrity, workflows, and automation across the revenue funnel
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline, conversion, and forecasting metrics
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to identify process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Support territory planning, lead routing, and quota allocation processes
  • Administer and improve tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and related revenue tech stack integrations
  • Analyze funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Document standard operating procedures for revenue-related workflows
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on system usage and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role
  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and formula-based modeling
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with shifting priorities
