Job Summary: This role is instrumental in empowering sales teams and external partners by ensuring accurate order processing and seamless operational workflows. You will be a key resource for resolving complex issues and driving innovative operational enhancements. This position requires a proactive approach to improving systems and providing essential support to both direct and vendor-managed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming orders through effective coordination.
- Manage vendor partnerships, resolve escalations, and facilitate training for external teams.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Identify and implement operational improvements and automation within systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather feedback and evolve processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in order management or sales support.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience in the advertising or SaaS industry, particularly with direct sales channels and vendor management, is highly preferred.
