This role is crucial for ensuring smooth global quote-to-cash processes by validating and processing customer transactions. You will act as a subject matter expert, investigating and resolving complex issues affecting customer experience and business operations. The position also involves championing automation initiatives and contributing to the successful integration of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate customer account data and contracts for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automated transaction systems.
- Provide expert support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document processes and contribute to system improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in financial operations, including revenue recognition and accounts receivable, is preferred for this role.
