A bit about us:

A well-established, high-volume healthcare organization is looking for a Revenue Cycle Leader to take ownership of the entire patient financial services function: billing, collections, cash posting, and patient access, and drive real performance across the department.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants more than oversight: you'll set the strategy, build the controls, and be the go-to authority on revenue cycle compliance and reimbursement for the organization.

Why join us?

Join a nationally recognized organization where your leadership directly shapes how the entire revenue cycle runs; not just billing oversight, but real authority to build systems, set strategy, and modernize a department from the ground up. This is a career-defining seat: you'll have direct access to administration, the autonomy to drive change, and the chance to make a measurable financial impact on a well-established, growing healthcare organization.
