JOB DESCRIPTION:



Planning and executing quality assurance for complex and large-scale financial management


 
service (FMS) portfolio

Work with multiple financial and claiming systems to analyze claiming operations and reconcile reported data.
Prepares and administers accurate monthly program reconciliation reports for senior & executive management review.
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from analysis to the business team.
Maintain departmental scorecard and reporting documents that are essential to monitoring


 
identified areas of claiming performance need.

Work closely with internal business partners in order to achieve organizational financial


 
reconciliation objectives.

Perform ad-hoc QA reviews of ongoing claiming operations to ensure compliance with revenue cycle best practices.
Consults with management on better operational procedures to improve overall claiming efficiency and quality reimbursement yields
Reviews and addresses QA related issues reported by team members and management.
Identify, record, document and track bugs and discovered risks.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information and reach sound conclusions. 
Knowledge of medical billing, revenue cycle cash flow & electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions 
Ability to perform A/R statistical analysis, identify gaps, develop, and deploy solutions necessary for achievement of reconciliation objectives 
Detailed and process-improvement oriented. 
Ability to read and understand technical specifications. 
Outstanding PC spreadsheet skills required. 
Ability to work independently and with a team. 

 

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent and relevant professional experience in finance/corporate finance and/or QA work. 

 

3+ years' experience in finance/corporate finance, project management experience preferred.
