Responsible for enabling the adoption of enterprise Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) standards, operating models, and performance improvement initiatives across customers and operational teams. Serves as a change agent within the RCM Performance Enablement organization by coordinating people, process, technology, and operational readiness activities required to successfully implement Centers of Excellence (COE) standards and best practices.

This role leads transformation workstreams, conducts operational assessments, facilitates implementation activities, monitors adoption, and partners with Operations, COEs, Product, IT, Analytics, and Automation teams to ensure change is executed effectively and sustainably. The position is instrumental in reducing operational variation, standardizing workflows, improving operational performance, and supporting the successful adoption of enterprise RCM capabilities.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned RCM Performance Enablement initiatives supporting enterprise operating model, process, technology, and performance improvement efforts
  • Conduct assessments of people, process, technology, workflow, governance, and operational readiness to support implementation and transformation activities
  • Partner with Operations and COEs to implement standardized workflows, operating procedures, performance expectations, and best practices
  • Coordinate implementation activities across operational leaders, business partners, Product, IT, Automation, Analytics, and project teams to ensure successful execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk and issue logs, action plans, and status reporting for assigned initiatives
  • Support the adoption of enterprise revenue cycle standards by facilitating readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change management efforts
  • Monitor operational performance throughout implementation efforts and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, adoption, and business outcomes
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate implementation meetings, operational reviews, working sessions, and cross-functional collaboration efforts
  • Identify implementation risks, operational dependencies, and performance concerns, escalating issues and recommending mitigation strategies when appropriat
  • Assist with transition planning and stabilization activities to support successful adoption and sustainment of new operating models and processes
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to service levels, performance expectations, and client commitments
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, accountability, and enterprise standardization

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management Operations
  • 3+ years of Business Process Improvement, Consulting, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience leading operational improvement, implementation, transformation, or process standardization initiatives
  • Proven working knowledge of revenue cycle operations, workflows, performance metrics, and operational best practices
  • Experience utilizing data and analytics to identify performance improvement opportunities and support decision-making
  • Proven solid project management, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to travel nationwide 25% based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Change Management, or other process improvement certifications
  • 3+ years of middle revenue cycle experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale operational transformation or implementation initiatives within healthcare
  • Experience working with shared services, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise operating model transformations
  • Experience with analytics, automation, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled process improvement

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
