Salary: $99,863.85 - $135,109.91 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead & Empower Teams: Provide daily operational guidance while cultivating a culture of growth through strategic hiring, hands-on onboarding, continuous education, performance evaluations, and active team mentorship.

  • Master Financial & Operational Analytics: Produce and analyze key performance reports tracking cash collections, unbilled accounts, denial trends, contract yields, and predictive models to bench performance and drive smart financial decisions.

  • Manage Audits & Valuation: Oversee quarterly auditor revenue valuation reviews and craft strategic recommendations for senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue retention.

  • Manage Budgets & Project Timelines: Drive departmental fiscal health by building, monitoring, and adhering to operational budgets while delivering strategic projects on time and within scope.

  • Drive Vendor Partnerships & Negotiations: Manage external consultant relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party billing agencies to optimize external support and revenue capture.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information Management
    Association (AHIMA) preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Advanced revenue cycle and system expertise with a proven track record leading end-to-end revenue cycle operations within a hospital or large health system environment.
