About the Role:West Gray Properties LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team in Bellaire, TX. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue capture and reduce denials
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
- Lead, train, and mentor revenue cycle staff to ensure best practices and compliance
- Conduct audits and analyses to identify billing discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Manage relationships with vendors, payers, and third-party partners related to revenue operations
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related financial operations role
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition principles
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights
- Experience leading and managing a team in a professional environment
- Proficiency with revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
