Location: Albany, NY | Salary: Up to $110,000/year
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee their end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for strategic oversight of payer relationships, denial management, KPI tracking, and staff supervision, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.
Lead the revenue cycle function, providing strategic direction and operational oversight.
Resolve recurring claim denials, underpayments, and coding/documentation issues.
Track and analyze KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Develop payer strategies and oversee complex appeal processes.
Manage clearinghouse performance and key software/vendor relationships.
Supervise department managers and supervisors, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT codes, CMS procedures, and medical contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial outcomes
Revenue Cycle Manager Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of billing, coding, medical contracts, CMS procedures, and HIPAA compliance.
Proven experience supervising multi-level teams and driving staff development.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems and appointment scheduling software.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel-based reporting.
Bachelors degree preferred.
