We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic direction and optimize financial performance for our revenue cycle operations. This role is based in the vibrant city of Raleigh, NC, offering a dynamic work environment and excellent quality of life.

As a Revenue Cycle Management Program Director, you will oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient access, health information management, coding, billing, accounts receivable, payer management, and collections. Your expertise will ensure regulatory compliance, minimize denials, and improve cash flow while leading a multi-tiered team of managers and staff.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations (patient access, HIM/coding, billing, A/R, denials).
• 5+ years of experience with Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, Medicare, and commercial payer reimbursement.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise revenue cycle teams.
• Expertise in managing KPIs such as A/R days, denial rate, clean claims, and net collections.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, state regulations, and payer policies.
• Proficiency with Epic revenue cycle systems (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute HB/PB).
• 5+ years of executive communication ability.
• Understanding of revenue cycle considerations for behavioral health, psychiatric care, developmental disabilities, and state-operated facilities.

Preferences:

• Experience in leading technology optimization, analytics, automation, and reporting.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills across finance, clinical operations, IT, compliance, and payer organizations.
• Financial acumen to evaluate trends, forecast cash, assess reimbursement risks, and drive improvements.
• Competence in leading organizational change, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
