    Revenue Cycle Manager

    Wake Radiology, a leading provider of outpatient imaging in the Triangle is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager. This person will provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle performance, financial trends, vendor accountability, and compliance. Oversees the Revenue Cycle Analyst, monitors key performance indicators and accounts receivable, coordinates audits, and leads process improvements. This role focuses on oversight and analysis rather than daily billing activities. This will be a hybrid position located in the North Hills area of Raleigh, NC. Applicant must reside in the Raleigh area. 
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Monitor revenue cycle reports, KPIs, A/R trends, and vendor performance.
    • Lead and support the Revenue Cycle Analyst, including performance management and issue resolution.
    • Identify performance gaps, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
    • Coordinate external coding, billing, and compliance audits and follow up on findings.
    • Monitor third-party billing vendor performance, contractual requirements, and service levels.
    • Communicate revenue cycle trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare billing and regulatory requirements.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or supervisory experience.
    • Experience managing employees and/or third-party vendors.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
    • Knowledge of healthcare billing compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to handle confidential financial, patient, compliance, and personnel information.
