Do you have an eye for detail? Are you a change agent? Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst to join our team! This role is critical in ensuring accurate coding, compliant clinical documentation, and optimized revenue capture across the organization. You will serve as an expert in coding, denial prevention, root cause analysis, and efficient processes that prevent revenue leakage and mitigate compliance risks. We are looking for a positive change agent who thrives in collaboration with clinical teams, coding professionals, and revenue cycle leadership to maintain integrity and compliance throughout the revenue cycle.

What you'll need:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, reimbursement, coding, billing, charge capture, healthcare finance, or revenue integrity required
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Information Management or related field preferred
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital reimbursement and revenue cycle operations preferred
• CPC, CCS, CRC, CHRI, CRCR or other related certification preferred

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; No weekends! Work from home flexibility!
