The Revenue Cycle Applications Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the revenue cycle management systems for Amazon One Medical. This position focuses on supporting healthcare billing applications, ensuring system integrity and effective system utilization.

Key job responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for revenue cycle applications, including EHR/EMR systems, practice management software, and billing platforms
  • Configure and maintain revenue cycle applications to support organizational workflows and compliance requirements
  • Develop and implement system updates, fixes, and enhancements to improve operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Analyze system issues and coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions
  • Train end-users on revenue cycle applications and provide ongoing technical support
  • Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports for stakeholder review
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
