BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for the implementation of complex Epic tools and processes, and the proactive support and maintenance of assigned Epic modules. Works independently with minimal supervision to effectively scope, plan, and deliver on customer requests to include break fix issues and projects. Serves as the Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned Epic module(s) and possesses a depth and breadth of knowledge across the Epic platform. Aids in decisions on integrating applications and improving Epic workflows. Utilizes best practices to implement and document consistent Epic builds. Takes ownership of high complexity issues. Highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the development and documentation of customer requirements. Serves as a mentor to junior analysts learning Epic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Supervisory Responsibilities: No Minimum Education: Associate degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
License/Certification Required: Appropriate Epic Certification(s) Required
Minimum Work Experience: Seven years' experience in Information Technology, Rev Cycle operations, or related field. Three years' experience Epic.
