Revenue Audit Clerk - Philadelphia

Manages and fulfills requests from other departments including but not limited to: Match play requests, document requests from the PGCB, document requests from other departments and credit card receipt transactions. They will also assist the department by coordinating office services as assigned and will be required to complete non-gaming audits.

This role is responsible for keeping an accurate inventory of materials produced by the department. Additionally, they manage scanning and requests of Revenue Audit documents. They will also assist the department by coordinating office services as assigned and will be required to complete non-gaming audits.

• Responsible for the sorting, filing and inventory of revenue audit materials.
• Logs, labels and prepares Audit materials to be sent to storage.
• Manages and fulfills requests from other departments including but not limited to: Match play requests, document requests from the PGCB, document requests from other departments and credit card receipt transactions

 

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Must be able to greet and sign-in guests as they enter the building. Logs, labels and prepares Audit materials to be sent to storage.
• Completes Data-Entry projects as assigned.
• Processes and mails correspondence to Casino guests.
• Must be able to use basic office equipment such as computers, copiers, and scanners.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for preparing Jackpot and W2G documentation for. 

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 6 months – 1-year prior experience in a clerical position.
• College coursework in accounting or finance may be substituted for job
• Strong organizational, planning and communication and PC skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate gaming license required by the PGCB.
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

 

Physical Requirements:

• 24/7 high energy casino 
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
