Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, administration, operations, or support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
