Youll help with month-end and quarter-end close activities, SOX control workbook preparation, and reconciliations, working closely with senior team members who will review your work.

What Youll Do

  • Support replacement deal review and processing, including comparing replacement quote terms to the corresponding NetSuite sales order and line details, and flagging discrepancies for review
  • Support debook processing, including preparing debook calculations, and tying out debook amounts to supporting schedules and the system
  • Execute monthly accounting activities in NetSuite, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close-related deliverables
  • Review your own work for completeness and accuracy before handing it off, and document your work so it is audit-ready
  • Support revenue close validations, including pulling and reconciling data from NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Assist with supporting schedules for quarterly AR and Revenue footnotes
  • Proactively flag questions, blockers, and timing risks to the team early, with a clear recommendation or ask
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting/Revenue Accounting (public accounting, public company or SaaS experience a plus)
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX controls preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, large data sets); NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of checking your own work and catching errors before handing it off
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to lead with the conclusion and state what you need from others
  • Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback quickly, and manage deliverables to deadline in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset
