Position: Returns Product Technician

Location: Redlands, CA

Pay: $19.00–$19.25 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Summary
The Returns Product Technician is responsible for inspecting returned products, checking for damage, rust, missing parts, and incorrect product information. This position supports the Product Management team by verifying product samples, maintaining accurate records, and updating inspection logs.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Inspect returned products for rust, damage, and missing hardware.
  
• 
  Receive and verify product samples for accuracy.
  
• 
  Check product images, descriptions, and information against online catalogs.
  
• 
  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product inspections.
  
• 
  Enter and track product information, including tote numbers, in the AIT system.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate inspection records and provide updates through Microsoft Teams.
  
• 
  Communicate product discrepancies to the appropriate team.
  
• 
  Assist with other product inspection and warehouse-related tasks as needed.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Experience in warehouse returns, product inspection, inventory, or quality control preferred.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• 
  Basic computer and data entry skills.
  
• 
  Ability to identify damaged products, rust, and missing parts.
  
• 
  Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and electronic tracking systems.
  
• 
  Good communication and organizational skills.
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team.
  
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
