TEMPORARY Position (September through January 2027)

We're looking for a Seasonal Returns Specialist to be a key player on our Customer Relations team during our busiest time of year. If you thrive on solving problems, love keeping things organized, and enjoy helping customers get the resolutions they need, this role is for you!

Position Summary

As a Seasonal Returns Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience - ensuring every return and exchange is processed accurately and efficiently. You'll partner closely with our Customer Relations team, playing a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process returns, exchanges, and related transactions with speed and precision
• Issue refunds and manage exchanges through our DAX and Marketplace systems
• Spot and report product trends or issues you notice while processing returns - your insights help us improve!
• Reach out to customers directly to resolve questions about returns or undeliverable packages
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to additional projects and tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Sharp organizational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
• A keen eye for detail
• Comfort working in Excel, Word, and DAX
• Self-motivation and the confidence to work independently
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or order entry
• Grace under pressure - including the ability to navigate challenging customer conversations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
