We are looking for a motivated Retrofit HVAC Trainee to join our installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and customer service while honing your craft.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
- Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety policies and job-site procedures
- Learn proper installation techniques, troubleshooting basics, and system components
- Provide professional, respectful interaction with customers and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Open Availability
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Nate Certification
- Gas Mechanical I License
- EPA License
- Washington/Idaho Electrical Trainee License
- Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan
