The Member Service and Benefits Division of the Arizona State Retirement System is seeking an individual to fill the Analyst Team Supervisor.
Duties include:
- Plans, motivates, schedules and prioritizes workload and supervises staff who respond to member secure messages, perform quality assurance evaluations, run reports, and manage educational trend data in a timely, effective and professional manner
- Understand, write, review and stay informed on all ASRS member and employer benefits, programs, and functional-business unit specific policies, processes and procedures and legislative updates
- Recommend creative changes to accommodate development and on-going improvements and updates needed for MSD business needs both within team and across the division
- Compiles and prepares information for detailed weekly, monthly and targeted reports
- Conduct performance reviews and professional development plans if needed
- Provide statistical and analytical support to MSD and across the agency
