Job Description:
The Retirement Plan Services Manager (RPSM) will be responsible for the development and day-to-day support of HTK's qualified and non-qualified retirement plan program and product offerings. RPSM shall also serve as the SME in providing solutions as well as regulatory guidance, in conjunction with Compliance and/or Legal, to HTK's financial professionals. This role will work closely with HTK's Compliance, Supervision, BD and RIA Product, Sales Support and Business Development, BD and RIA Operations, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
Skills and Abilities
Strong qualified plan industry, Defined Contribution plan design and ERISA knowledge. This includes but is not limited to 401k, 403(b), 457, Simple, SEP, etc.
Detailed knowledge of investment products including UMAs, SMAs, mutual funds, variable annuities/life, ETFs, non-traded REITs, alternative investments, etc.
Thorough understanding and working knowledge of investment concepts including but not limited to:
Financial and economic markets/ drivers
Performance attribution and style analysis for quantitative/qualitative analysis
Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT) and portfolio measurements
Beta, Sharpe ratio, Alpha, Standard Deviation, etc.
Strategic and tactical management styles
FFO/ MFFO and applicable alternative investment measurements
Knowledge of broker dealer/RIA operations, compliance, and asset management platforms.
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels across the organization.
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment.
Strong detail orientation.
Process improvement experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Base Salary Range - $115,000 - $130,000
