WHAT YOU'LL DO:Our firm is growing, and we are searching for a proactive, reliable Retirement Plan Associate to support our defined contribution retirement plan practice. You will make an impact by helping manage customized, high value add 401(k) and 403(b) offerings for our clients. You will get the opportunity to communicate directly with clients and meet with them alongside our advisors. In this role, you will learn from a cohesive team of licensed professionals. We will train, mentor, and coach you as you build your retirement plan acumen, develop your skills, and establish a successful career. This position has the potential for growth into a lead advisory role, but does not initially involve any sales.
