    Retirement and Investment Services Specialist


    Salary: $62,000–$67,000 + bonus opportunity up to 25%

    Key Responsibilities



    • Provide high-level customer service to members by phone and virtually, assisting with 403(b) and IRA enrollments, investment allocations, distributions, and account questions.

    • Process and explain asset exchanges and transfers while applying applicable IRS rules and retirement plan requirements.

    • Help members understand 403(b) rules and available retirement savings and distribution options across different plans.

    • Guide members through wealth transfer and beneficiary claims from the initial call through completion, providing a compassionate and empathetic experience.

    • Partner with the Service Team, Financial Advisory Team, and Field Member Benefit Consultants on member needs, research, form updates, new rules, and other projects.


    Qualifications



    • Full FINRA licensing including SIE, Series 6, and Series 63, along with Wisconsin Life Insurance licensing; candidates who are partially licensed may be considered depending on circumstances.

    • 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, retirement planning, or a related environment.

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, along with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
