What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with account questions, service issues, and retention requests.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products, services, or offers that provide value.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to support customer retention and drive additional sales opportunities.
- Process account updates, service requests, and transactions accurately.
- Clearly explain products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining quality customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly.
- Previous sales, upselling, cross-selling, or retention experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience.
- Experience in customer retention, subscription services, save desk, or account management.
- Previous inside sales or consultative sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
