Retention Consultant

Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Whether it’s shaping benefit strategies, designing wellbeing programs, or advising on workforce challenges, the work you do here creates meaningful change for businesses and the people who power them.

Introduction: How you'll make an impact: Has both account management and production responsibilities--hybrid role. Has both renewal/retention and new business goals. May manage others. Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Performs heavy, ongoing servicing of accounts. About you: Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. License required.

Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
