Retail & Warehouse Associate

SkyBlue Pool Supply & Service is looking for a motivated Retail & Warehouse Associate to support both customer-facing retail operations and behind-the-scenes warehouse activities within our pool supply and service business. Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and common areas, emptying trash, and maintaining a clean and sanitary facility.

Job Overview
SkyBlue Pool Supply & Service is looking for a motivated Retail & Warehouse Associate to support both customer-facing retail operations and behind-the-scenes warehouse activities within our pool supply and service business. Key Responsibilities 


Retail Operations

• Assist in-store customers with product selection, water testing, and general pool and spa supply guidance
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic inquiries in a timely manner
• Process customer purchases, payments, returns, and other point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
• Restock and merchandise retail products to maintain an organized and well-presented sales floor
• Monitor product availability and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate team members
• Support the office team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies
• Stock and rotate products while maintaining an organized and accessible warehouse
• Refill and restock pool chemicals and other frequently used supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock or supply needs
• Prepare materials, chemicals, equipment, and supplies for service technicians and deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and service vehicles
• Clean and maintain pool filter elements according to company procedures
• Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and common areas, emptying trash, and maintaining a clean and sanitary facility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment, and inventory
• Assist with general warehouse, delivery, and facility tasks as needed

Qualifications 


Minimum 1 year of customer service experience 
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
Physical ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods. 
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
