As Retail Trainer, you will turn banking knowledge into practical, engaging learning experiences for personal bankers and universal bankers across our banking centers. As an intern, you will be welcomed as part of the team, learn from experienced professionals, explore career paths across banking, and build practical skills while contributing to our mission of enhancing the financial quality of life in our communities.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Deliver engaging, practical training for new and current personal bankers and universal bankers in teller operations, new accounts, consumer lending, retail sales, systems, products, and services.Create and maintain clear, useful learning resources-including guides, job aids, presentations, and reference materials-that reflect current policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Coach employees throughout the learning process, assess understanding, provide constructive feedback, and report training progress.Evaluate training effectiveness, identify learning gaps, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.Partner with Banking Center Managers, Deposit Operations, Compliance, and Audit to address training needs, findings, policy updates, and  regulatory changes.Support successful product, service, process, and system launches by developing and delivering timely training before implementation.Maintain and update Quality Management manuals and related resources.Stay connected to day-to-day banking center operations through hands-on experience and occasional coverage, ensuring training remains practical and relevant.Keep current on retail banking practices, instructional methods, and emerging training tools and channels.Other duties as assigned.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Two to four years of experience in teller operations, new accounts, consumer lending, retail banking, or a related customer-facing financial services role is preferred.Training, coaching, facilitation, or employee development experience is a plus.A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, education, or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant experience will also be considered.Enjoy coaching others and bring leadership, initiative, patience, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning.EOE, including disability/vets
