As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, guiding team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support retail team members to achieve store goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a team lead or in a supervisory role within retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
