Full Time - Monday to Sunday 40 hours per week on a rota basis

Retail Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our busy Elgin Country Store. This role will support the Store Manager in the day to day management of the store and employees.

This will include the following key responsibilities:

• Responsible for shop sales & customer service performance
• Ensuring the team actively promote the company values
• Stock management, store presentation and in store marketing/promotions
• Staff training & Development
• In conjunction with the Store manager overseeing the day to day running of the shop

The ideal candidate must be over 18 years of age and should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant manner. Physical fitness is a requirement of this role as it will involve manual handling. This position will include the requirement for weekend working.

An agricultural, equine and pet background would be an advantage. SQP- Animal Medicine qualification would also be an advantage however training can be given.
