Summary/Objective
The Retail Supervisor supervises daily Cafeteria operations as well as assisting in the inventory process of the department.
Essential Job Duties

- Directs the daily actives in cafeteria area, assuring proper procedures are being followed, restocking of food items is taking place, and the correct menus are in place for that day and the time of day; as well as helping out where needed in the department as needed and assuring proper staffing levels.
- Assures all policy and procedures regarding food handling and sanitation are followed, conducting walk through, maintaining overall safety and cleanliness of department.
- Assists with the ordering, storage and inventory of supplies for department.
- Prints proper labels, signing, recipes and menus for daily/weekly use.
- Assures cashiers are following proper control procedures, performing, audits and closing out registers as well as completing all required paperwork and deposits following protocol.
- Maintains equipment and work areas assuring that any preventive maintenance takes place and address issue found to ensure quality standards are met.
Required Education and Experience
1-3 years of related experience.
