Position Summary

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory. This role ensures client objectives are met through effective team leadership, retail execution, store relationship management, and adherence to merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop retail team members.
• Conduct store audits and oversee completion of retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, properly signed, merchandised, and aligned with planograms and schematics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and clients.
• Drive placement of new products and increase brand visibility.
• Manage team schedules and ensure adequate store coverage.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses within company guidelines.
• Complete accurate reports, timesheets, expense reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to direct reports.

Qualifications

• Associate"s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of retail, merchandising, or sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements

• Travel is required for this position.
• Up to 30% travel within the assigned territory.
