    Hands-On Retail Supervisor

    Clearwater Systems is looking for a supervisor who leads by example and enjoys staying active. You’ll guide 7–8 retail associates, support multiple locations, and help deliver the dependable service customers expect from a company with 80 years in water treatment.
    What you’ll do
    • Coach associates, coordinate schedules, and provide hands-on store coverage.
    • Keep inventory, receiving, and stocking running smoothly.
    • Help customers, resolve concerns, and maintain clean, organized, safe stores.
    • Travel among locations in Summit, Portage, Stark, Tuscarawas, Wayne, Medina, and Richland counties.
    What you’ll bring
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
    • An organized approach and the flexibility to support different locations.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Forklift experience preferred; forklift operation is required for the role.
