As the Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our store, overseeing daily operations, mentoring your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm and engaging shopping experience. What You’ll Do:- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and team scheduling.
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
- Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and inviting.

What We’re Looking For:- Retail management experience (2+ years preferred).

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
