As the Store Manager, you will oversee all daily store operations while leading a high-performing team. You’ll drive sales, manage resources, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is critical in maintaining store efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence.
Lead, motivate, and develop store team members to achieve sales and operational goals
Manage payroll, inventory, and controllable expenses
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently met
Deliver exceptional customer service and set expectations for your team
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage employees, including performance coaching and development
Oversee cash handling, reporting, and operational processes
Maintain store equipment and facilities
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Open and close the store as needed
Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience
Must pass background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication, both verbal and written (Spanish is a plus)
Comfortable managing budgets, reports, and KPIs
Computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems
Valid driver’s license
