Overview We are seeking a Store Director to lead a luxury retail location in SoHo. This individual will be responsible for driving business performance, building a strong client base, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience aligned with a high-end brand standard.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service
Ensure the store delivers value and excellence to clients, aligned with luxury brand expectations
Provide and maintain a strong client book
Foster long-term customer relationships through personalized, high-touch interactions
Coach team members on developing and growing their client portfolios
Track performance and provide ongoing feedback and training to the team
Drive sales growth and overall store profitability
Partner with senior leadership on business strategy and execution
Oversee daily store operations across both sales floor and stockroom
Plan and execute in-store events to drive brand awareness and revenue
Lead weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and consistency in execution
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and monitor KPI performance
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School diploma or equivalent
3 years of management experience in luxury fashion retail
Strong analytical skills and comfort managing performance metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Business-minded with a focus on both revenue growth and team leadership
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to oversee all aspects of store operations
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset
Commitment to ongoing learning and development
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move retail materials as needed
