Retail Store Associate (Keyholder)

Compensation: $22.00 an hour

About this role

The Retail Sales Associate (Keyholder) assists in the daily operations of the Outdoor Research Store and upholds the Outdoor Research brand identity and culture.

What you will do

• A commitment to provide Outdoor Research Legendary customer service.
• Greeting and thanking customers in a helpful, positive, non-intrusive manner throughout the purchasing/decision process.
• Partner with the store management team on any new hire training.
• Keep the team on task throughout the day with customers and/or with maintaining any projects (ie, sales prep, inventory replenishment, etc) as delegated by the management team.
• Ensure that the front-facing store appearance is up to OR standards.
• Weekly inventory counts in partnership with Store Manager or Inventory Specialist.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
