You will promote a customer-first approach that drives sales and enhances customer satisfaction while helping maintain an organized and efficient store environment. Throughout the day, you will manage purchasing activities, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure product displays and pricing remain accurate, and help implement loss prevention and safety measures. You will also perform technical responsibilities, including installing automotive batteries, rebuilding battery packs, replacing device components, and programming keys and fobs. As a leader within the store, you will assist with hiring and training new team members and will assume supervisory responsibilities whenever the Store Manager is absent.
