We are seeking a Retail Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for skincare product knowledge, selling products, and inventory management. Responsibilities: - Welcome and identify customer needs
- Act as first point of contact by welcoming customers in the retail store
- Explain products and services to customers
- Engage customers in short dialogue to determine their purchasing needs
- Basic understating of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Qualifications: - 2-3 years in skincare product retail sales experience
- Share company's ideals of patient first, patient care
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Possess a caring and sympathetic manner
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
- Ability to relate to persons with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.

- Ability to demonstrate quality customer service.
